Terms and Conditions of Reservation and Stay at Hostal Brisas del Mar

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By making a reservation at Hostal Brisas del Mar, the guest agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth below. Any failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation or early termination of the stay.

2. Reservation and Confirmation

  • Reservations at Brisas del Mar can be made through our official website, by phone, or through our social media channels.
  • The reservation will be considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team and the corresponding payment, if applicable.
  • Room prices and additional charges will be indicated at the time of booking and may be subject to change without prior notice.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid additional charges.
  • In the event of cancellation outside of the permitted timeframe, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
  • Promotional or non-refundable rates do not allow cancellation or modification without penalty.


4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.
  • If guests wish to have early check-in or late check-out, they must request it in advance. These services are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.


5. Payment

  • Full payment for the reservation is due at check-in or prior to check-in, depending on the conditions of the selected rate.
  • We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card to cover possible additional charges.


6. No-Show Policy

  • In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

7. Guest Responsibility

  • The guest is responsible for caring for the hotel facilities and property during their stay.
  • Any damage caused by the guest to the hotel facilities or the property of other guests will be charged to the responsible guest's account.
  • Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in an additional cleaning fee.


8. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed at Brisas del Mar.


9. Use of Facilities

  • The hotel facilities, such as the pool, dining room, and terrace, are for the exclusive use of guests.
  • Some services may be subject to availability or incur additional charges. Rates and schedules will be provided at check-in.
  • The hotel reserves the right to restrict access to certain facilities for maintenance, repairs, or special events.


10. Guest Conduct

  • The guest agrees to behave respectfully toward the hotel staff and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to request the immediate departure of any guest whose behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.
  • The use of illegal drugs or illicit activities on the premises will not be tolerated and may result in the intervention of the authorities.


11. Reservation Modifications

  • The hotel reserves the right to modify the conditions of the reservation, rates, or availability without prior notice. In these cases, the guest will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or refund, if applicable.


12. Protection of Personal Data

  • At Brisas del Mar, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. All data provided will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with local data protection laws.
  • We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except when necessary to process your reservation or in accordance with the law.


13. Force Majeure

  • The hotel will not be liable for failure to provide its services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, strikes, or other force majeure events.

14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  • The terms and conditions set forth herein are governed by the laws in force in the country or region where Brisas del Mar is located.
  • Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of the hotel's location.
